How to photograph 250 people

When the Cambridge Institute for Medical Research (CIMR) asked Media Studio to photograph everybody attending their Research Retreat Photographer Mel Yeneralski had to find a high viewpoint to make sure she could get a clear view of everyone's face.
Directing her colleague by mobile phone from the top of the staff car park, she assembled the group in front of the Cambridge Research Institute, which was hosting their meeting.
The Cambridge Research Retreat is for CIMR staff, invited guests and Members of the CIMR's Strategy Committee and International Scientific Advisory Board. It gives an opportunity for CIMR staff to review the exciting current research taking place at the Institute.
