Booking conditions:
Please read all these before you proceed to the next page.
Restrictions:
- We cannot make bookings for meetings of fewer than six people.
- If you need a small meeting room or office space please find a room within your Directorate
Booking:
- login : username: guest password: guest
- Please use the online system to find an available time slot for your meeting and send us your request.
- Available time slots are white. When we have processed your request you will receive a confirmation of your booking with - giving details of the allocated room.
- Video conference rooms: These rooms can NOT be requested using the link below. Please see the Video conference section on our Audio-Visual Support page
