CEO and Chair introducing all new CUH staff to the Trust

CUH's Chief Executive, Keith McNeil and Chair, Jane Ramsey, are serious about engaging with staff and explaining the Trust's 'Kind, safe and excellent' values, in which the patient always comes first.
They would love to meet every new staff member personally, but in an organisation of 8,000 staff that is simply impossible.
Media Studio has produced a short film to be used as a part of the mandatory online induction package in which the CEO and Chair introduce themselves and the Board of Directors and welcome all new staff to CUH Trust.
