Every month Cambridge University Hospitals makes two 'You Made a Difference' awards to members of staff who are chosen from those nominated by patients, visitors and colleagues. These 'Employees of the Month' are then automatically entered into the 'Employee of the Year' award. There are also quarterly 'You Made a Difference' Team Awards to celebrate excellent teamwork.
