3D Printing – not just white bones

Until now, the majority of our 3D printing has been of segmented CT scans of bone for surgical planning, but with three different in-house 3D print technologies to choose from we are able to make models in a variety of materials. This gives us scope to make models of different strength, hardness, flexibility, colour, transparency, or heat resistence.

Where we don't have the technology in house, for example to make 3D-printed  titanium implants, we work with partners who can meet the appropriate ISO standards to print from our designs.
