Room Booking Cancellation

To Cancel a room booking please send an email to:

cuh.meetingroombookings@nhs.net

with the following information:

  1. Room Booked
  2. Meeting date
  3. Start Time
  4. Meeting Title
  5. Person who booked the meeting, if it wasn't yourself.

Copy and paste the above into your email if you wish.

Please ensure all your contact details are in your email signature.
