Alice Fisher Lecture Theatre

Located in the 'S Wards' building

• Enter the 'S Block' building main entrance (shown as a green rectangle on map) and continue straight ahead to enter the foyer of the lecture theatre.
• As you walk through into the foyer the entrance doors to the lecture theatre are of your left.

ATC 4

Located on level 4 in the Addenbrooke's Treatment Centre - see 'ATC' on site plan.

The ATC entrance is level 2 so you will need to either take the lift or stairs up to level 4.

• By lift:
  • ​The lifts are located in the entrance lobby to your right as you enter the building.
  • Take a lift up to level 4.
  • Coming out of the lift take the left hand corridor past the reception desk. The meeting room is the first door on the left, before the double doors.
• By Stairs:
  • The stairs are located next to the lifts.
  • When you reach level 4 return to where the lifts are located.
  • In the lift lobby/reception take the left hand corridor past the reception desk. The meeting room is the first door on the left, before the double doors.

E7 Seminar Room

Located on level 7 above the 'Main Entrance'

• From entering via the Main Entrance (marked as a green rectangle near Main Entrance on map) turn right and into where the shopping area is, then turn left and walk past the phones and across the corridor to the lifts. From here take the lift to level 7. 
• When exiting the lift turn right and at the end of the corridor turn right and go through the double doors. On your left is the entrance to  'Gastroenterology E7', if the door is locked ring the bell. 
  Follow the corridor to the end and round to the left and the meeting room is in front of you, labelled 'Seminar Room E7'
• When you exit, you can leave by turning right.

Rosie Seminar Rooms 2A & 2B

Located on Level 2 in the 'Rosie Hospital'.  (Note that ground floor is Level 1 in the Rosie Hospital.)

• From level 1: 
  • Walk through to the Rosie Reception (large wooden desk along one side of the corridor) 
  • Go through the double doors on the left side of the reception desk and use either the stairs or lift to go to level 2. 
  • Return to the corridor and turn left. 
  • Almost immediately you will come to the end of the corridor, turn left. 
  • Walk past 'The Jane Thorley Counselling Suite' and through the door at the end of the corridor. 
  • Room 2B is the first door on the right, Room 2A is the second door on the right.
• From level 2: 
  • Follow directions to Office Suite. 
  • Just past 'Lift A' you will come to the end of the corridor, turn left. 
  • Walk past 'The Jane Thorley Counselling Suite' and through the door at the end of the corridor. 
  • Room 2B is the first door on the right, Room 2A is the second door on the right.

Rosie Seminar Room 6 (Video Conference Room)

Located on Level 1 in the 'Rosie Hospital'. (Note that ground floor is Level 1 in the Rosie Hospital.)

From level 1 corridor: 

• Proceed up slope to Rosie Hospital. 
• At the top of slope take the first corridor to right, proceed though double doors signed 'Seminar Room 6 (MDT Room)'. 
• Rosie SR 6 is the last door on the right. Labelled 'Rosie SR6'

From level 2 corridor: 

• Proceed up slope to Rosie Hospital. At the top of slope continue across the corridor to the stair wells and lifts:
  • Stairs: 
    • Take the first set of stairs on the left down to level 1. 
    • Turn right when exiting the stairwell and then take the next left, proceed though double doors signed 'Seminar Room 6 (MDT Room)'. 
    • Rosie SR 6 is the last door on the right. Labelled 'Rosie SR6'
  • Lift: 
    • Proceed straight ahead (slightly to the right) through the double doors, the lifts are on the right, take the lift to level 1. 
    • Turn left when exiting the lift. 
    • At the next corridor junction follow the sign for 'Dept of Gynaecological Oncology' (turn left). 
    • Proceed though double doors signed 'Seminar Room 6 (MDT Room)'. Rosie SR 6 is the last door on the right. Labelled 'Rosie SR6'

This is a locked room, you will need to get a key from Media Studio if you are the Meeting Organiser
also please ensure your video conference has been setup, you cannot just turn up and make a call from these rooms.

Please ensure that the room is left locked and the key returned when you finish your meeting.

OutPatients Seminar Room (OPSR)

Located in the 'Main Outpatients' building

• From entering via the Outpatients Entrance (marked as a green triangle at the top of the building on map) proceed straight through the outpatients reception to the newsagents then turn right and face the first corridor to your left which is towards Clinic 10.
• The OPSR is the first door on the right.

Please ensure your videoconference has been booked via Audio Visual Services

Please note this is a locked room, a key is available from Media Studio dept (how to find us)
Please ensure that the room is left locked and the key returned.

VC3 (Video Conference Room)

Located in the area of 'Addenbrooke's Hospital Main Entrance'

Note: this room is on level one which is a staff area, so you will either need to be a member of staff or need to be accompanied by a member of staff.

• From entering via the Addenbrooke's Hospital Main Entrance (marked as a green triangle on map) turn right and walk past the first shop and newsagent on your right, turn the corner and then take the next door on your right - use you STAFF ID CARD to open this door
• At the bottom of the stairs take the second door on the left
• After this VC3 is the first door on the right.

This is a locked room, you will need to get a key from Media Studio if you are the Meeting Organiser
