The decision, made in direct competition with a number of other major UK NHS Trusts, was made on the recommendation from a Tender Evaluation Panel that was set up to advise the Minister of Health.

 

The panel commented: "The recommendation was a unanimous one and the team is really excited about the opportunity to develop new and improved care pathways for Islanders."

 

Media Studio's role was to design and produce the package of supporting information, comprising a PowerPoint presentation, introductory video and folder of material giving details of the Trust's services. The service to Jersey Islanders will commence in November or early December and Media Studio will continue to have a role in supporting videoconferencing to enhance the communication channels between CUH and the staff and patients in Jersey.
