To test your camera, microphone, speakers and firewall settings

From a computer:

  1. Go to here:  https://join.pulsemeeting.co.uk/webapp/home
  2. Then select VIDEO and enter:
  3. test.call@pulsemeeting.co.uk

From a videoconference system

  1. dial: test.call@pulsemeeting.co.uk

 

  • You should see your camera image (if your camera is set correctly and your connection is not blocked by any local firewalls)
  • You will asked you to record you voice and the call will play it back to you

 

Unsucessful Call

If you only see three rotating coloured shapes then this indicates you have a firewall or similar issue, solutions:

  • Required firewall settings can be obtained from help@hsl.co.uk
    • Recommend this infomation is passed to your hospital's IT dept
    • Please note some security software might also prevent certain applications from running or accessing required ports.
