Poster guide

Here is a simple step-by-step guide for designing and printing your poster

1. Download a poster template

You may already have a template of your own; alternatively you can use one of these:

2. Adjust page size

We recommend having the document page size the same as your required print size,

3. Design your poster

If you would like us to design your poster please contact us to arrange a time to discuss it with one of our graphic designers.

4. Send your poster to Media Studio

  1. email it to us: enquiries@media-studio.co.uk  - please attach a completed copy of this form: Poster by email form.doc
  2. bring it in to our sales desk - how to find us

You will receive a copy of the job sheet at this stage, which you will need to get authorised before you can collect your poster.

5. Get work authorised (if not paying by cash/cheque)

Ensure the job sheet is authorised by this point  this can be done by email or by getting a paper copy signed.

6. Collect your poster

Collect you poster from us - how to find us
Please ensure you bring the signed job sheet, unless this has already been done via email.Without this we can not release your poster.

Turn-around times

  • Allow at least a minimum of 4 working days for us to print and encapsulate your poster.

  • If design work is required allow a minimum of 10 working days.

  • Please note that these turn-around times begin when we receive your poster.
